Re: Site Visit for Certification Letter by Architect
Dear Mr. Zaharchuck
I am writing this letter to inform you of my overall observation at the
Royersford CVS on December 28, 2000. I feel, as you do, that the project
was built with extreme care and professionalism on the part of Kane
Builders. During my brief but informative visit, I noted that the attention to
detail on the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil items
were carried out with extreme care and in compliance with the project
construction documents. It was a pleasure to see the high quality of
craftsmanship that we don't normally see at our CVS new Stores. I give
Kane Builders credit for that and I am looking forward to working with Kane
Builders on our future stores.
I would be especially interested in their views of some of the typical
problems that come up during the construction of our stores and how we can
avoid them in future projects.
I would also like to thank you for the high degree of professionalism that
you displayed during the construction process. I especially found useful the
Development Status Reports that you distributed during much of the project.
Good luck and much success with your new CVS store.
If you have any questions, please call me at 215 832-1131.
Regards,
Albert A. Antonucci, RA
