On behalf of Staples Inc., I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your company on the Staples store # 302 Westminster, MD - Expansion / Remodel project. The project was one of great difficulty, not only because of it's complexity, but also because of the dealings and coordination of Landlords work and at the same time expanding and remodeling a Staples store which require coordination between yourself, Staples and the Landlord.

Kane Builders went to great lengths to coordinate items that needed to be determined if they were the Landlord's work or the Tenants work in addition to remodel the existing store at night. Your personnel worked diligently to keep the existing operating store and project on track, running smooth and bring it to a conclusion. The actions taken to complete the job within our time parameters were appreciated.

Project Superintendent Mark Spencer and you as the Project Manager are to be commended for the persistence to keep the store operations satisfied and in bring this project to a successful completion. The attention to quality, schedules and budget were an asset to all involved. I look forward to working with your company in the future.
